JACKSONVILLE, Ark. – Police in Jacksonville are searching for a man they said is wanted in connection with a Thursday bank robbery.
Jacksonville Police Department officials said they are searching for 58-year-old Bob Best.
According to the JPD, Best entered the First Arkansas Bank and Trust at 2030 John Harden Drive and approached the teller, telling her that he had a gun and wanted money.
Police said the teller then gave Best an undetermined amount of money before he fled on foot.

Best is described by police as standing 5 feet, 7 inches and weighing around 198 pounds. JPD officials said Best was last seen wearing a red hooded sweatshirt, grey sweatpants and grey or blue tennis shoes.
Anyone who sees Best is asked to contact Jacksonville police at 501-985-2802. Police say to not approach Best as he is considered armed and dangerous.
