The Little Rock Police Department on Wednesday announced via Twitter that it was offering a $10,000 reward to anyone with information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the individual involved with an April 2021 homicide.
The victim, Jackie Gipson, was found on April 23, 2021 in an abandoned building at 1015 E. 10th Street in Little Rock, according to the LRPD.
The reward comes from the department’s general budget, spokesperson Mark Edwards said.
