Jacksonville teen arrested in homicide of fellow teen killed last month

North Little Rock police arrested a Jacksonville teen in the homicide of a fellow teen who was found lying in a parking lot with a gunshot wound last month. 

Javion Green, 16, has been charged as an adult with one count of capital murder in the homicide of 16-year-old Raymond Hudson of North Little Rock. Green is being held at the Pulaski County Regional Detention Facility without bond. 

At about 11:51 p.m. on May 23, North Little Rock officers responded to Hemlock Courts Apartments at 400 Palm Street and found Hudson lying in the parking lot on the north side of the complex. Hudson was suffering from at least one gunshot wound and was pronounced dead at the scene. 

The police department has asked anyone with information on the incident to contact the department’s tip line at 501-680-8439 or Detective Jones at 501-771-7151. Callers can remain anonymous.
