Honorees for the 2023 Trendsetter City awards were announced in the Dec. 18 edition of Arkansas Business, recognizing cities throughout the state that have gone above and beyond to improve lifestyles, infrastructure and wellness within their communities.
The winners were chosen by an outside panel of judges and will be recognized at the 2024 Municipal League Winter Conference from Jan. 10-12.
