Robert Birch has been hired as economic development director of the city of Jacksonville. He previously was director of business development for the city of North Little Rock.
Ryan Bolduc, an energy engineer at Cromwell Architects Engineers of Little Rock, has become a stockholder of the firm. Zach Reed has been promoted to program controls leader at Garver of North Little Rock. Reed, who will lead program controls for major projects across the country, has been with the firm since 2015.

Christy Bjornson has been named director of the Arkansas Tobacco Control Division of the Arkansas Department of Finance & Administration. She currently serves as director of the state Alcoholic Beverage Control Division.
DeWayne Rose (City of West Memphis)
DeWayne Rose has been appointed to the National League of Cities 2024 Public Safety & Crime Prevention Federal Advocacy Committee. He is director of emergency management for the city of West Memphis.

Shari McCoy has been promoted to tax director at Landmark CPAs of Little Rock, and Molly Coffman, Cassie Curtis and Ashley Farrar have been promoted to senior manager. Weston Weeks has rejoined AgHeritage Farm Credit Services of Little Rock as vice president, agribusiness and capital markets. Before leaving AgHeritage to work for his family business in 2022, Weeks was an agribusiness credit officer.
