Pine Bluff Sand and Gravel, a marine construction and materials company based in White Hall, received a $41 million government contract from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers on June 20. The contract is for erosion control on the Mississippi, Atchafalaya and Red rivers in Louisiana.  Read More
