HOT SPRINGS, Ark. – The 2024 winner of college football’s final award of the season will be announced Thursday night.
The 29th Broyles Award ceremony will be held at Oaklawn in Hot Springs on Feb. 13 and 14.
The Broyles Award was established in 1996 to recognize Frank Broyles’ legacy of selecting and developing great assistants as Arkansas head coach. Proceeds from the award support the Broyles Foundation, supporting Alzheimer’s caregivers.
The finalists for the Broyles Award include:
ARIZONA STATE – Marcus Arroyo, Offensive Coordinator
INDIANA – Bryant Haines, Defensive Coordinator and Linebackers
NOTRE DAME – Al Golden, Defensive Coordinator
TENNESSEE – Tim Banks, Defensive Coordinator
TEXAS – Pete Kwiatkowski, Defensive Coordinator and Outside Linebackers
The 2023 Broyles Award winner was Iowa defensive coordinator Phil Parker. Previous winners are not eligible to be nominated for the Broyles Award until the completion of three seasons.
