JACKSONVILLE, Ark. – Police in Jacksonville arrested a man who is accused of shooting his neighbor after an argument.
According to the Jacksonville Police Department, officers were called to a shooting Monday evening on Plummer Street.
Police said 65-year-old Herman Williams shot his neighbor twice after an argument. The victim’s injuries were non-life-threatening.
Williams is facing charges of first-degree battery, three counts of terroristic act and possession of controlled substance schedule VI.
Williams is being held in the Pulaski County Regional Detention Facility without bond.
