CABOT, Ark. – Arkansas State Police troopers said a man was arrested after he was accused of shooting at a teenager during a road rage incident near Cabot.
According to ASP officials, the incident happened around 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, March 12, at Arkansas Highway 89 and Highway 5.
State troopers said the incident involved 45-year-old Thomas Allen Gabrion and a teen riding on a four-wheeler in the area.
The following day, special agents said they found Gabrion at his home, where he admitted to shooting at the teen.
Gabrion was arrested and taken to the Lonoke County Detention Center. He is facing charges of committing a terroristic act, aggravated assault and criminal mischief.
