On this Mother’s Day, as we honor the women who nurture, advocate and lead in every corner of our lives and communities, Arkansas has much more to celebrate than in years past. This general legislative session, which began in January and formally concluded on May 5, marked a turning point where mothers, families and those who care for them were truly seen and heard. The maternal health policies recently enacted, along with additional grant support for groundbreaking programs, will improve outcomes for Arkansans immediately and for generations to come.  Read More
